Diamond Beauty Supply, Inc guarantees its product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 Year from the date of purchase, except as note below.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident or attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product or any other conditions that are beyond the control of Diamond Beauty Supply. The warranty is only effective it the product is used in the USA and Canada.
Please fill out our Product registration form on-line or by US Mail within 30 days of purchase, include product serial number to registration form.
Diamond Beauty Supply, Inc requires that our customers present a receipt stating that the Ismart Massager was purchased at a price of USD $ 50.00 or above (not including Shipping) in order to obtain our 2 year warranty service. Diamond Beauty Supply, Inc. will not provide the 2-year warranty service without the above mentioned. Please enclose your receipt with the vendor name and final purchase price to our warranty department.

Diamond Beauty Supply, Inc. reserves the right to discard any defective Ismart Massager unit after 60 days from the date we receive the defective unit from the buyer if the buyer does not provide the documents requested by the service department.
Diamond Beauty Supply will only honor the 2-year warranty if the buyer can provide the following documents:
1. A copy of the receipt with the valid retailers name and date of purchase, the receipt also has to state a final purchase prices of USD $ 50.00 or higher not including shipping cost.
2. Unit needs to be returned in original packing, warranty will not be honored if Ismart massager, wire cord, massage pads are not from an Ismart massager.
3. Include a check or money order in the amount of $ 6.95 per unit payable to Diamond Beauty Supply, Inc. to cover the return shipping cost.
